Financial Aid - Net Partner

Welcome to the Logan University Online Financial Aid System! 

Here you may:

  • Check the status of your financial aid, including student loans for the current year
  • View a list of documents we've received from you and a list of the documents still outstanding
  • View and accept your financial aid offer
  • Review important financial aid disclosures, policies and reminders

You must have a financial aid record already established with Logan University in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you may get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Log In Instructions

Incoming Students (First Time User Only)

1. Click on the “First Time User” link that is located at bottom of the LOG IN box 

2. Next page: Activate Your Account > Enter your Student ID (including all leading zeroes) which was sent in the aid offer email. 

3. Answer two activation questions and three security questions.

4. Create a Net Partner Password. Follow the specifications noted below to create your password.


Continuing Students 

1. Enter your Student ID (using all leading zeroes) and your Password. Click submit.

2. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link that is located below the Submit link in the LOG IN box to create a new password.  


All Students Please Note Your Password will need to be changed every 180 days and you may not repeat your five most recent passwords.


Password Requirements

     You may use the Forgot Password link to create a new password. Your password must contain the following:

  •   Must be at least 9 characters long
  •   Must contain at least one upper case and one lower case character
  •   Must contain at least one number
  •   Must contain at least one of these special characters: !@#$%^&*()


You may select different security questions or change your password at any time after logging in to Net Partner by clicking on the My Account button displayed at the top of the window.
